Shipping policy

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will ensure that your order gets dispatched after 24 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 business days at max, unless otherwise stated. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility. 

  • In case you want to cancel your order, please inform us at myspirit.pk@gmail.com within 24 hours with a screenshot of your order confirmation. After 24 hours of confirmation, any cancellations will not be accepted.

  • If you choose the 'Bank Deposit' payment method, send a confirmation screenshot of your payment along with your order number within 24 hours to avoid delay in dispatch. 
  • When we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking link via e-mail OR SMS notification. You can track your order using that link.
